Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male; 2. Age more than 18 years; 3. Man who had sex with a man in the past; 4. The throat swab was positive for Neisseria gonorrhoeae; 5. Man was diagnosis as Neisseria gonorrhoeae or chlamydia at anorectum who are willing to choose lactic acid gel for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Man who have taken antibiotics in the past 2 weeks; 2. Man who have taken probiotics in the past 1 week; 3. Man was diagnosis as Neisseria gonorrhoeae or chlamydia at urethra; 4. Man was diagnosis as chlamydia atoropharynx; 5. Man had a positive result for syphilis on the day of screening; 6. Man perferred to antibiotics treatment.
