18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the relevant informed consent; 2. Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; 4. Cardiac function I-II grade.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with bronchial asthma, coronary heart disease, severe hypertension, diabetes and other basic diseases; 2. Obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m2); 3. Alcohol and opioid abusers or long-term use of opioids; 4. Patients with recent family planning and pregnant or lactating women; 5. The patient has severe mental illness and cannot cooperate; 6. Those who are allergic or contraindicated to opioids or esketamine; 7. Obvious blood routine, liver and kidney function electrolytes and abnormal test results before operation; 8. Chronic pain or use of any painkillers 48 hours before surgery; 9. Participants in other clinical trials.
