Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the case group: research objects: patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who have been treated in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Shenzhen Second People's Hospital since October 1, 2021; age: 20-63 years old, gender, ethnicity are not limited; meet the clinical diagnosis was based on the classification criteria of the American College of Rheumatology in 1997; the antinuclear antibody was positive; the treatment plan for systemic lupus erythematosus was being used, including glucocorticoids, hydroxychloroquine, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and other immunosuppressants. According to the disease activity score of systemic lupus erythematosus (2000), the score > 8 points into the disease active group, and the score < 8 points into the stable disease group; 2. Inclusion criteria of the healthy group: research objects: October 15, 2021 in shenzhen healthy people undergoing physical examination at the Second People's Hospital; age: 20-63 years old, gender, and ethnicity are not limited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Case group: pregnant women, breastfeeding; combined with malignant tumors; combined with other rheumatic and immune diseases; combined with acute and chronic infections; combined with severe active central nervous system lupus requiring therapeutic intervention; 2. Control group: pregnant women, breastfeeding; combined with malignant tumors and acute and chronic infections.
