Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who are scheduled to undergo burn dressing change under intravenous anesthesia, aged 6 months to 3 years, ASA I-II grade; 2. The burn area is 5%-30%, and the depth is second degree; 3. Those who change dressings for burns for the first time; 4. Parents or guardians agree to participate in this researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Lung disease and reduced respiratory reserve; 3. Hypersensitivity to opioids or (and) proteins; 4. Patients with neurological diseases such as epilepsy who need to take long-term sedative and antispasmodic drugs and other genetic metabolic diseases; 5. Dressing time exceeds 30 minutes; 6. Parents or guardians do not agree to participate in this researcher.
