Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meet the emergency pre-inspection and triage standards I-IV, which refer to "China Emergency Pre-inspection and Triage Standards"; 3. Non-traumatic emergency patients with "chest tightness and pain" as the chief complaint and onset time within 24 hours; 4. Informed consent to participate in this research (if I can't express my will, the companion's representative will give informed consent).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients transferred from outside the hospital who have been clearly diagnosed; 2. Patients with cardiac arrest; 3. Patients with chest pain complicated with stroke, malignant tumor, systemic pain caused by rheumatic diseases involving the chest, severe infection or other organ failure; 4. Mass chest pain caused by public emergencies.
