18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-90 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III; 3. Patient scheduled for hepatectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute lung injury or respiratory distress syndrome in the past 3 months; 2. Critical illness, including severe liver dysfunction (such as liver failure), chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min), and heart failure defined as New York Heart Association Class IV.
