Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective hepatectomy; 2. Age 18-80 years old; 3. ASA classification I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of opioids; 2. Weight less than 40 kg or greater than 100 kg; 3. Distant metastasis of cancer to other organs; 4. Severe hepatic impairment (aspartate aminotransferase greater than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal value) or severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance rate less than 60ml/min) and heart failure defined as New York Heart Association Class IV; 5. Inability to properly describe postoperative pain to investigators (eg, speech impairment, neuropsychiatric impairment); 6. Patients admitted to ICU after operation.
