Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer diagnosed by histopathology, the chemotherapy regimen is doxorubicin combined with lapatinib, and 21 days is a chemotherapy cycle; 2. The quality of life (KPS) score exceeds 60 points, and the expected survival time is longer than 6 months; 3. Those who have never received radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy before; 4. No history of heart disease or heart failure; 5. Patients who have never had acute myocardial infarction in the past six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who failed to complete the course of chemotherapy; 2. Patients who are unwilling to accept the trial.
