40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 40-75 years old; 2. At least 10 years of smoking history; 3. FEV1/FVC ratio = 80%); GOLD2 grade 2 (50% <= FEV1% PRED < 80%); GOLD3 grade 3 (30% <= FEV1% PRED < 50%); GOLD4 grade 4 (fev1% pred < 30%).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, lung cancer, lung mass, tuberculous pleurisy, thoracic deformity, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and other respiratory diseases; 2. Suffering from coronary heart disease, diabetes, nervous system disease, autoimmune disease; 3. History of chest trauma and/or surgery; 4. Failure of liver function, kidney function, heart function and other diseases or malignant tumor diseases; 5. History of mental illness, history of alcohol or drug abuse.
