Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 0-12 years old; 2. From September 2020 to January 2022, underwent hypospadias and congenital hip dislocation surgery at West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 3. Analgesic pump was used after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Our center prohibits the use of tramadol in children under the age of 12, and children who have not used tramadol for postoperative analgesia; 2. Children who did not use analgesic pump after operation; 3. Children who do not have an electronic medical record system to record data on the use of analgesic pumps; 4. The records of outcome indicators are missing.
