Group 1:Dex 0.25 ug/kg/h was continuously pumped until the end of operation
Group 2:Dex 0.5 ug/kg/h was pumped continuously until the end of operation
Group 3:Constant volume 0.9% NS was pumped until the end of operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain informed consent; 2. First renal transplant patients; 3. Age 18-65 years old; 4. 45 kg <= weight <= 90 kg; 5. ASA III level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving other organ transplants; 2. Kidney donors with incompatible ABO blood types; 3. PRA > 10%; 4. Identify transplant failures due to rejection or surgical reasons; 5. Severe heart, lung and liver diseases; 6. History of neurological and mental diseases, long-term use of sedative drugs; 7. Patients with sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block, and sinus bradycardia; 8. The researcher thinks that it is not suitable to participate in this experiment.
