Age
65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-80 years; 2. ASA classification I-III, right-handed; 3. No history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4. Elective hip arthroplasty. The control group only needs to meet the first three inclusion criteria, and the experimental group needs to meet all the inclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and myasthenia gravis; 2. Communication difficulties due to coma, severe dementia, language disorder, or inability to cooperate due to other diseases; 3. Have craniocerebral trauma or other craniocerebral diseases; 4. Abusers of anesthetic drugs.
