Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who have moderate to severe level of stress and pain; 2. Who are obtaining treatment (who are under chemotherapy and post therapy) since last 6 months prior to data collection and before; 3. Children who come to Outpatient department and day care of oncology will be provided Child center group play therapy; 4. Who are willing to participate in play therapy and whose parents give consent to participate their children in the research; 5. Who are under chemotherapy and post therapy; 6. Who are not planning to terminate the treatment; 7. Who can speak and understand Nepali; 8. Who will be available next 12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who are sever sick during study period; 2. Children not willing to participate; 3. Aged less than 5 years or above 14 years.
