Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary PD who meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition) and are accompanied by hand fine motor disorders; 2. During the intervention, the type and dose of antiparkinsonian drugs remained unchanged; 3. Diagnosis of PD aged 30-80 years; 4. H&Y rating: I-IV level; 5. Have not received systematic sports training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who receive other related exercise therapies during the intervention; 2. Other neurological diseases such as stroke and brain tumors that affect the fine motor function of the hand; 3. Those who are accompanied by contraindications to exercise or other factors that cannot cooperate with the completion of the test.
