Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first stroke confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. Older than 18 years old; 3. The course of disease is less than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The coma patient with endotracheal intubation had a history of other swallowing problems; 2. Pneumonia was present before admission.
