Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females with aged 18-68 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic nonspecific low back pain; 3. Suffering from low back pain for more than 12 weeks; 4. With or without leg pain above the knee; 5. VAS >= 2; 6. In chlinical practicepatients recieved FMS or MMand they all received exercise therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.MRI showed lumbar spondylolisthesis and lumbar disc herniation; 2. Neuropathy: the spinal cord and nerve roots are stimulated by compression, and the symptoms are below the knee joint; Symptoms of neurological diseases such as spinal cord and nerve root tumors and cauda equina nerve injuries; 3. Spinal lesions: spinal tumors, fresh fractures of vertebral bodies and accessories, severe osteoporosis, spinal instability, etc.; 4. Cardiovascular diseases: severe hypertension, symptomatic period of cardiovascular diseases, aortic aneurysm, etc.; 5. Metabolic diseases; 6. The recovery period of major surgery; 7. Acute infection or pregnancy.
