Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Vascular access surgery needs to be established for chronic kidney disease stages 4-5; 2. The diameter of the radial artery >= 2 mm, and the diameter of the cephalic vein is >= 2 mm; 3. Aged >= 18 years and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe peripheral neuropathy in the upper extremities or neurological diseases affecting the upper extremities; 2. Anesthesia or surgical site infection; 3. Ipsilateral central venous stenosis; 4. Dysfunction on the surgical side.
