Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of primary headache in the ICHD-3; 2. Monthly headache days > 8 days; 3. Course of disease >= 3 months; 4. No age or gender limitation; 5. Informed consent can be signed. (Note: only those who meet the above 5 criteria can be included in this study.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A sudden headache; 2. Gradually worsening headache; 3. Headache with systemic symptoms (fever, neck stiffness, rash); 4. Accompanied by focal neurological symptoms and signs (in addition to typical visual and sensory precursors); 5. New headaches after the age of 50; 6. New headache in cancer patients or AIDS patients; 7. Drug or alcohol addicts; 8. Drug abusers; 9. People with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, or suicidal attempts and behaviors; 10. Patients with serious medical diseases; 11. Dementia patients; 12. Abnormal written and spoken communication people; 13. Pregnant women; 14. Women who are ready for conception in the last 3 months; 15. Those who need long-term medication for other chronic pain; 16. Currently participating in other clinical trials. (Note: Anyone who meets any of the above criteria will be excluded.)
