60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Carotid artery stenosis > 70%, underwent endarterectomy; 2. Aged 60-75 years; 3. Fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L or postprandial blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness or severe mental illness; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Participating in another clinical study; 4. Patients with advanced tumors or those expected to die within 1 year.
