Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Complied with the guidelines of the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders (IFSO), those who have met the surgical indications after sleeve gastrectomy for more than 2 years and after lifestyle improvement or systematic medical treatment for half a year, aged 20-60 years, BMI >= 32.5 kg/m2 and meet one of the following conditions are selected: 1. The postoperative weight loss is not well, and the percentage of excess weight loss (EWL%) 50%, but then the weight increased gradually.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug abuse or alcohol addiction or suffering from uncontrollable mental illness; 2. Mental retardation or immature treatment, behavior can not be controlled; 3. The operation expectation is not in line with the reality; 4. Unwilling to bear the risk of potential complications of surgery; 5. Those who cannot cooperate with the changes of diet and living habits after operation and have poor compliance; 6. Poor general condition and difficult to tolerate general anesthesia or operation; 7. Those who did not agree to participate in this study.
