General intervention group :Routine lifestyle guidance
Face-to-face intensive intervention group :Based on the group face-to-face format, structured interventions in nutrition, exercise and psychology, behavioral medicine, etc. are carried out.
Online Intensive intervention group:Based on the online form of the group, structured interventions in nutrition, exercise and psychology, behavioral medicine, etc. are carried out.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged 18-45 years with the following high-risk factors and diagnosed with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease based on ultrasound. High risk factors: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes; 2. BMI between 24-35 kg/m2; 3. Previous physical examination with fatty liver disease or unexplained elevated liver enzymes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excessive alcohol consumption (>= 30 g/day for males, >= 20 g/day for females); 2. Patients with chronic viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury, and chronic severe hepatitis; 3. Patients with severe diseases (such as cancer, stroke and heart failure); 4. The use of antibiotics, probiotics in the past 1 month; 5. Partial resection of the stomach or intestines, chronic diarrhea (average 3 times a day, loose stools); 6. Unable to complete the recommended behavioral treatment due to medical or psychological factors or related treatment brings risks to the patient; previously diagnosed psychological disorder (such as depression, etc.) or taking related drugs. 7. Pregnant women, lactating women or those who plan to become pregnant; 8. Those who are taking or plan to take drugs during the implementation of the project that significantly affect the patient's body weight or appetite, or those whose weight has changed more than 10% in the past 3 months; 9. Those who are participating in or intend to participate in additional weight loss programs during program implementation.
