18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic kidney disease stage 5; 2. At least 3 months of maintenance hemodialysis treatment in the research center (3 times of dialysis/week), and plan to continue maintenance dialysis treatment during the study period; 3. The patient has a fully functional arteriovenous fistula (AVF) or graft vascular access that can provide a blood flow rate of at least 250 mL/min; 4. Aged 18-80 years, voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prepare or have received kidney transplantation; 2. Combined with malignant tumors that affect survival; 3. Severe congestive heart failure, NYHA class IV; unstable angina; acute coronary syndrome and/or myocardial infarction three months before the start of the study; 4. Systemic infection, such as tuberculosis, systemic fungal infection, AIDS, hepatitis; 5. Liver cirrhosis; 6. Pregnant and lactating patients; 7. Other clinicians believe that the overall condition is serious or unsuitable to participate in the study.
