20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree and sign the informed consent form for anesthesia and the informed consent form for clinical research; 2. Anesthesia ASA grading level I. to II. 3. Maternal aged 20-45 years, full-term singleton pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Post-term pregnancy (weeks of gestation >= 42 weeks); 2. There are serious diseases of the cardiovascular system; 3. There is coagulation dysfunction; 4. There is a history of causing increased discharge of airways, such as bronchiectasis, COPD, etc.; 5. The presence of neurological disorders; 6. There is a history of diseases that may cause reflux, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, achalasia, reflux esophageal stenosis, etc.; 7. Preoperative Hb < 100 g/L; 8. People who are allergic to the drugs involved in this study; 9. Diabetics; 10. There are diseases specific to pregnancy such as gestational hypertension syndrome, gestational diabetes mellitus, intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy, hyperemesis gravidarum, etc.
