Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Meet the diagnosis of stable coronary heart disease: meet the diagnosis and treatment guidelines issued by American Cardiology Association/American Heart Association in 2014, and have no myocardial ischemia symptoms in the past 3 months; 3. Meet one of the following criteria: selective coronary angiography confirms that there is one or more main coronary artery stenosis >= 50%, typical angina symptoms in the past, and a clear and old history of myocardial infarction in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they met one of the following criteria: 1. Participants who were dying or receiving intensive care at the enrollment time; 2. Participants who were identified as blind or deaf, or unable to communicate with the investigators due to severe cognitive impairment such as delirium aphasia, Parkinson's disease, sequelae of cerebrovascular disease, and tumor; 3. Participants who were unable to walk one block, or had an acute coronary syndrome within the previous 6 months; 5. Participants who had incomplete frailty information and assessment data; 6. Participants with neuromuscular diseases and diseases affecting balance and walking speed, including severe knee or hip osteoarthritis, lower limb arteriosclerosis, lumbar spinal stenosis, and osteoporosis.
