Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years, regardless of gender; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of CKD3-4; 3. Primary chronic kidney disease; 4. Meet the TCM diagnostic criteria of kidney deficiency, dampness and turbid syndrome; 5. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive nephropathy and other secondary kidney diseases; 2. Liver function (AST/ALT) is more than 2 times of normal value, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3. Recent acute exacerbation of renal function, or serious infection, acidosis, electrolyte disorder, etc., have not been controlled; 4. Poor blood pressure control (SBP >= 180 mmHg, and/or DBP >= 110 mmHg); 5. Those who are taking glucocorticoid or immunosuppressants; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. People with allergies, such as a history of allergic to two or more drugs or food, or known to be allergic to the ingredients of the drug; 8. Participants in other trials within the last 1 month.
