Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group inclusion criteria : 1. Patients with SLE attending the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Shenzhen Second Hospital from October 1, 2021 onwards for the study; 2. Aged 20-63 years, gender and ethnicity were not restricted; 3. Clinical diagnosis in accordance with the 1997 American College of Rheumatology classification criteria; 4. Positive for antinuclear antibodies; 5. On a SLE treatment regimen including glucocorticoids, hydroxychloroquine, NSAIDs, other immunosuppressants. According to the SLE disease activity score (2000) score >8 into the disease activity group and score <8 into the stable disease group. Inclusion criteria for the healthy group: 1. Study population: healthy individuals who were examined at Shenzhen Second Hospital on October 15, 2021; 2. Aged 20-63 years, gender, ethnicity not limited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Pregnant women, breastfeeding combined with malignancy combined with other rheumatic immune diseases; 2. Combined with acute and chronic infections; 3. Combined with severe active CNS lupus requiring therapeutic intervention. Control group: 1. Pregnant women, breastfeeding; 2. Combined with malignancy and acute and chronic infections.
