Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged < 75 years and with stage II/III gastric cancer underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastrointestinal obstruction, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiopulmonary disorders; 2. Chemotherapy and other anti-tumor treatments before surgery; 3. Persistent infection or infectious chronic diseases; 4. Receiving corticosteroid treatment or a history of corticosteroid treatment within 6 months before surgery; 5. Autoimmune inflammatory diseases (except locally treated skin or respiratory diseases), glaucoma, and active peptic ulcer diseases.
