Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first onset and confirmed cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction by CT or MRI examination or patients with previous lacunar cerebral infarction without sequelae; 2. The age ranged from 18 to 70; 3. Course of disease: 2 weeks to 3 months; 4. Hemiplegia was found on one side of the limb, and the modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) grade of muscle tension on the affected side was = stage II on affected side; 6. Consent and sign informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vital signs are not stable; 2. The use of implanted electronic devices (such as pacemakers); 3. Those with metal implants such as stents; 4. Patients in critical condition or with important organ failure; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Electrode patch severe allergy, local skin injury or inflammation, stimulate the area of hyperalgesia; 7. Epilepsy or has been diagnosed with clear secondary epilepsy patients; 8. Tumor patients; 9. Patients with severe cognitive impairment (MMSE score < 24); 10. Past history of mental disorders and medication history causing symptoms of mental disorders.
