18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-70 years; 2. Never received dry eye treatment, or more than 1 month from the last treatment; 3. Signed informed consent form, willing to attend this research; 4. Meet the DED diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Eye structural changes, such as nasolacrimal duct obstruction, severe meibomian gland obstruction, conjunctival chalasis, loss of eyelids; 2. Complicated with systemic immune diseases; 3. Complicated with other obvious lesions of conjunctiva, cornea and iris; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with severe primary diseases and psychosis such as severe heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 6. Patients with Sjogren's syndrome; 7. Patients with mental or legal disabilities; 8. After the trial, those who do not meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria; 9. Those who cannot be treated according to the experimental scheme.
