Interventions

Experimental group:General anesthesia will be induced and maintained with remimazolam.
Control group:General anesthesia will be induced and maintained with propofol.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Preoperative complications with end-stage renal disease: eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m2; 3. Scheduled to undergo elective sugery; 4. Sign an informed consent form before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergent surgery; 2. Benzodiazepines were taken continuously for more than 1 week within 1 month before surgery; 3. History of schizophrenia ,epilepsy ,Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis; 4. Inability to communicate due to coma, severe dementia, or language impairment; 5. Organ transplantation surgery or urologic Surgery; 6. ASA physical status classification >= 4, severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C); 7. Other reasons that are considered unsuitable for study participation.
