Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological type is type I endometrioid carcinoma, the pathological grade is no more than G2 or the pathology is atypical hyperplasia of endometrium; 2. The lesions did not infiltrate the deep muscle layer after MRI and ultrasound evaluation; 3. Aged <= 40 years, and the person with strong will is not more than 45 years old; 4. Normal liver and kidney function, no contraindications to hormone therapy; 5. There was further family planning about 1 year after treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious contraindications; 2. The pathological type is non endometrioid carcinoma or the pathological grade exceeds G2; 3. FIGO stage of endometrial carcinoma exceeds stage IA.
