Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria related to cerebrovascular disease formulated by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference, and confirmed by CT and MRI; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Patients and family members informed and agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack; 2. Cerebellar stroke; 3. Patients with severe heart and lung function or liver and kidney insufficiency and history of epilepsy; 4. Patients with unstable vital signs or new lesions causing disease deterioration; 5. Those with serious medical diseases or serious bleeding tendency; 6. Toxicity and abnormal manifestations of the nervous system caused by tumors; 7. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contraindications; 8. Patients who do not agree to participate in the study.
