Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke was in line with Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute ischemic Stroke 2018; 2. Patients over 18 years old who were clinically diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke within 4.5 hours of onset and met the thrombolytic adaptation and exclusion of contraindications of RT-PA, signed informed consent and received thrombolytic therapy with RT-PA (total dose of 0.9 mg/kg, the first 10% of the dose was pushed one minute, and the remaining dose was pumped intravenously within 60 minutes); 3. Intracranial mechanical thrombectomy was performed within 24 hours due to intracranial large vessel occlusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute cerebral infarction not confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. patients with incomplete clinical data and most laboratory data; 3. patients who refuse to sign informed consent; 4. Lost patients; 5. Other clinical experimenters were enrolled.
