Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. ASA grading II-III; 3. Scheduled for general, urological, orthopedic cancer resection under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in this clinical study; 2. Preoperative lung infection; 3. Lung surgery history; 4. Preoperative albumin level < 25 g/dL; 5. Combined with high risk factors for pulmonary embolism (deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, chronic atrial fibrillation); 6. Audiovisual impairments or other reasons-induced communication difficulty.
