Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for perianal abscess; 3. The defecation function was normal before the operation, and the defecation was smooth; 4. Agree to perform perianal abscess incision and drainage; 5. Sign the informed consent; 6. Live in the area for more than half a year, and deny bad habits such as smoking and drinking.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic constipation or diarrhea; 2. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease and intestinal tuberculosis; 3. Patients with colorectal tumor; 4. Other diseases that may affect the intestinal flora: other acute and chronic intestinal diseases, such as functional bowel disease (irritable bowel syndrome, etc.), non-infectious diarrhea; and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic liver disease, acute Chronic nephritis and upper gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcer; 5. Combined with abnormal coagulation function or current anticoagulation therapy; 6. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 7. Intellectual disability or a history of mental illness; 8. Those who have taken antibiotics, probiotics and other drugs that obviously affect the intestinal flora 4 weeks before the selection; 9. Those with poor compliance and unable to complete the follow-up.
