60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer; 2. Aged 60-80 years; 3. ASA II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseases affecting respiratory function before operation, including neuromuscular diseases, severe pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, severe obesity, body mass index >= 35 kg/m2; 2. Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases; 3. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or cor pulmonale; 4. Abnormal cardiac function; 5. Difficult airway; 6. Patients with mental diseases or serious anxiety and depression.
