40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients volunteer as subjects aged 40-85 years who were diagnosed with age-related cataract and required microincision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation; 2. According to the CATARACT LOCSIII grading method, patients with grade II-III crystal nucleus hardness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous glaucoma, uveitis, fundus lesions, corneal maculus, positive corneal fluorescence staining and other ocular diseases; 2. Previous history of eye trauma; 3. Suffer from systemic diseases such as diabetes and autoimmune diseases; 4. Posterior capsule rupture, vitreous prolapse and other accidents occurred during the operation; 5. Unable to cooperate with the completion of preoperative examination and unable to ensure timely completion of follow-up requirements after surgery; 6. Had oral, injection or external use of steroid hormones, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, immunosuppressive drugs and other anti-inflammatory drugs within 1 month; 7. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver and renal dysfunction.
