Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass grafting and other revascularization operations. 2. patients with heart failure; 3. Arrhythmia patients with frequent premature beats, atrial fibrillation and severe arrhythmia; Somatization symptom scale >= 30 points, GAD-7 anxiety scale > 4 points or PHQ-9 depression scale > 4 points, and combined with the clinical symptoms of the patient, the patient was diagnosed as anxiety and depression by double heart clinics of 4 departments of cardiology and 4 departments of cardiology. Meanwhile, CT coronary angiography showed that the degree of coronary artery stenosis was = 18 years. 4. Current or previous bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, manic episodes and other mental disorders; 5. Have active suicidal ideation; 6. currently receiving or unable to stop anti-anxiety and depression treatment; 7. severe renal insufficiency (GFR < 30ml/min/BSA); 8. hyperthyroidism; 9. allergic to contrast agents; 10. anti-anxiety drug allergy; 11. serious heart, liver and lung diseases and malignant tumors; 12. Glaucoma, no serious conduction block or sinus bradycardia.
