The experimental group:Before anesthesia induction, dexmedetomidine was given with a load of 0.5µg/kg for 10min, followed by continuous pumping at 0.5ug/kg/h until the end of surgery, and continued pu

30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass valve replacement and annulus valvuloplasty; 2. Aged 30-65; 3. ASA:II~III;NYHA: II~III; 4. Liver and kidney function are normal; 5. Informed consent; 6. There were no mental or neurological disorders before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of atrioventricular block, sinus bradycardia, and cerebral infarction; 2. LVEF< 35% ; 3. Patients with neurological diseases, cerebrovascular diseases or craniocerebral trauma before surgery; 4. Long-term use of sedatives or alcohol; 5. Secondary transit, secondary surgery or perioperative death; 6. Mental illness or inability to cooperate with the investigator; 7. Patients with incomplete data collection1.
