Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. research group (nerve block group): Prospectively enrolled lower limb ASO patients who underwent endovascular recanalization under inguinal nerve block in Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University from June 2022 to June 2025. 2. Control group (general anesthesia group): Retrospectively enrolled lower limb ASO patients undergoing intravascular recanalization under general anesthesia in Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University from June 2012 to June 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental abnormality, unable to complete informed consent, and unable to cooperate with clinical treatment and evaluation; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Patients who were determined by the investigator to be ineligible for inclusion.
