Experimental group:Wear pressurized gloves and foot caps 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after chemotherapy for taxus drugs.
Control group:Without any intervention before and after chemotherapy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients who have not received antitumor therapy; 2. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology; 3. Taxus drugs were included in the chemotherapy regimen; 4. ECOG physical status score: 0-2; 5. Age range from 18 to 70; 6. Laboratory examination results within one week before enrollment should meet the following conditions: neutrophils (ANC) >= 1.5 x 10^9/L, platelets (PLT) >= 80 x10^9/L, total bilirubin (TBI) <= 1.5 x upper limit of normal value (2mg/ dL), ALT and AST <= 2 x upper limit of normal value; 7. Patients voluntarily participate and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with peripheral neuropathy, hand-foot syndrome, and dermatomyositis; 2. Patients with missing fingers or toes; 3. Patients with Raynaud's syndrome and peripheral vascular ischemia; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Those considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
