Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre-survey Study Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult working population aged 18 or above residing in Hong Kong. Post-survey Randomised Control Study Inclusion criteria: 1. Interested individuals from pre-survey study who are classified as high-risk (e.g. those who work from the Service industries such as Healthcare, Food and Beverage Services, Air Transport Services or Retails Trade, etc.; 2. indicated with no intention to have either Influenza (flu) or COVID-19 vaccination in the foreseeable future.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-survey Study Exclusion criteria: 1. Anyone aged under 18 years or non-working population in Hong Kong. Post-survey Randomised Control Study No exclusion criteria involved given the inclusion criteria is met.
