Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are planning to undergo elective surgery; 2. invasive arterial monitoring is required during the perioperative period; 3. age >= 18 years old, regardless of gender; 4. ASA classification I-III; 5. normal blood pressure or diagnosed hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture or observe the target artery embolism without pulsation; 2. Modified Allen test was negative; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Tumor, infection and arteriovenous fistula at the puncture site; 5. Shock that occurred before anesthesia.
