18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with unilateral knee anterior cruciate ligament injury; 2. no history of knee surgery; 3. aged 18 to 60 years; 4. no knee discomfort (swelling, tenderness, interlocking, limited activity) in the last 2 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with other systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases, mental illness, etc.; 2. the knee joint has a history of surgery; 3. severe osteomalacia of the knee joint; 4. drug and/or alcohol abuse; 5. pregnant women or lactating women; 6. combined with posterior cruciate ligament injury, knee joint other soft tissue injury, epiphysis is not closed, etc.; 7. combined with septic arthritis of the knee, rheumatic arthritis of the knee.
