Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the above diagnostic criteria and underwent lumbar interbody fusion underwent general anesthesia and lumbar interbody fusion was performed; 2. There was no history of habitual constipation or diarrhea before surgery, and routine intestinal preparation was performed 1 day before surgery; 3. Hospitalized patients between the ages of 18 and 75; 4. Those who have not received massage, moxibustion and other relevant acupoint treatment within one week; 5. No long-term history of taking any laxative drugs; 6. Patients with basic reading, writing and understanding abilities without severe mental abnormalities and cognitive dysfunction were voluntarily enrolled in this study through communication and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have taken drugs that affect gastrointestinal function such as gastric motility drugs or drugs with side effects that cause loose stools in the last 4 weeks; 2. Patients with cauda equina nerve injury or spinal cord compression nerve injury such as lower limb, defecation and urination dysfunction; 3. Patients with previous organic diseases such as rectum and serious primary diseases of important organs such as heart and brain; 4. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery, acute gastrointestinal injury, or hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases. Any one of the above four items is excluded.
