Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Knee osteoarthritis was diagnosed by the American College of Rheumatology 1995 clinical criteria; 2. Kellgren-Lawrence classification of knee joint imaging was diagnosed as grade II or grade III; 3. Aged between 45 and 70 years old; 4. Knee pain persists for at least 3 months; 5. The pain level on the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) is 4 or more; 6. Can communicate normally and have the ability to sign informed consent; 7. Acupuncture therapy and physical rehabilitation therapy can be carried out after the physical health status has been assessed by scientific researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have a history of knee replacement surgery or are waiting for knee replacement surgery; 2. Knee pain caused by other diseases such as rheumatic joints or gout; 3. Arthroscopic examination in the past 1 year or intra-articular injection in the past 6 months; 4. Acupuncture has been performed in the past 3 months; 5. Severe acute or chronic organic disease or serious mental illness, coagulation dysfunction, metal allergy or fear of Needles, pregnant women or breastfeeding women; 6. Participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 months; 7. There are other circumstances that are not suitable for participating in the research, such as frequent changes of residence, mental disorders, etc;
