60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. patients after open heart surgery, including patients with ventricular septal defect repair, atrial septal defect repair, valve replacement, coronary artery bypass graft and other operations requiring cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Be at least 60 years old; 3. Scheduled open heart surgery; 4. Patients who volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with preoperative pulmonary infection; 2. Patients with new cerebrovascular events before surgery; 3. patients with preoperative acute renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with hearing impairment, mental impairment, visual impairment or intellectual impairment; 5. Patients in coma and unable to cooperate.
