Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Western diagnostic criteriaAccording to the standard of "Chinese Guidance for diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Diseases" issued by Chinese Society of Endocrinology. (1) Goiter, toughness enhancement, or isthmus large or asymmetric, or with nodules; (2) Typical clinical manifestations,TPOAb or TGAb positive. 2. Diagnostic criteria of TCMRefer to the diagnostic criteria for gall disease in "Guidelines for Clinical Research on New Chinese Medicines (Trial)".Main symptoms: neck discomfort or swelling, palpitations, irritability, fatigue.Secondary symptoms: dry mouth, thirst, overeating, forgetfulness, constipation or weak defecation, red or pale tongue, thin white or greasy tongue coating, stringy or fast pulse. 3. Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria and the serum TGAb and TPOAb indicators are within the measurable range and subclinical hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, and normal thyroid function. 4. The patients are conscious, voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent. 5. Age > 18.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with goiter compressing adjacent organs or with thyroid heart disease; 2. Patients with goiter with exophthalmus,TGAb(+), and TPOAb titer slightly increased and diagnosed with other thyroid diseases; 3. Serious complications of heart, liver, kidney and other organs and diseases of blood system; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Those with allergic constitution; 6. Those with poor compliance, quitting halfway, and incomplete data, but those with adverse reactions were counted.
