Gold Standard:Definition of non response to anticoagulation:
1. during the follow-up of anticoagulation therapy, total bilirubin >= 5mg/dl, or portal vein velocity < 10cm/s
2. Or meet any 2 of the following 4 items within 2 weeks after the start of anticoagulation treatment: (1) Bilirubin 1<= x <5mg/dl but <10%

18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It is definitely diagnosed as PA-HSOS according to "Nanjing standard"; 2. Aged from 18 to 85; 3. Did not receive anticoagulation and tips treatment before inclusion; 4. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There were 2 or more other liver damage factors in the past, such as drinking, hepatotropic virus infection, autoimmune liver disease, etc; Chronic portal hypertension (with collateral circulation such as esophageal and gastric varices) existed in patients with acute onset; 2. Contraindications associated with anticoagulant therapy, such as active bleeding, recent history of internal organ bleeding, severe abnormal bleeding and coagulation mechanism, etc; 3. Previous history of malignant tumor.
