Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of cases: The cases included in this project are pregnant women who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertensive Diseases in Pregnancy" and were diagnosed by doctors as gestational hypertension, preeclampsia or eclampsia. (1) The diagnostic criteria for gestational hypertension are: hypertension for the first time after 20 weeks of pregnancy, systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg; urine protein test is negative. (2) The diagnostic criteria for preeclampsia are: systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg with proteinuria >= 0.3 g/24 hours or random urine protein >= (+) after 20 weeks of gestation; no proteinuria but with any of the following organs or systems are involved: heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organs, or abnormal changes in the blood system, digestive system, nervous system, placenta-fetal involvement, etc. (3) The diagnostic criteria for eclampsia are preeclampsia based on tonic convulsions that cannot be explained by other causes. 2. Inclusion criteria for the control group: healthy pregnant women without pregnancy-induced hypertension after clinical examination and doctor's diagnosis, matched 1:2 with the case group according to the time of entering the cohort and the age of the pregnant women.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-Han nationality; 2. Those with a history of potential occupational exposure to PFASs (verified by questionnaire); 3. Those with chronic hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease or autoimmune disease; 4. Those with a history of pregnancy-induced hypertension in the past delivery history ; 5. Those who have a family history of gestational hypertension or family history of hypertension; 6. Those whose pregnancy outcome is miscarriage, stillbirth, multiple births or birth defects.
